I called just before they closed and they were in my home by 1030 the next day. They called in the morning to discuss my project and set a time frame. I received a text when the technician was on his way and he arrived right on time. Travis was friendly and professional. He took care of us quick. Great job! I highly recommend!

November 5, 2024 Home 🦸 workers Kevin and Daryll were in my home and did some plumbing work for my family.

Once again Home Heros saves the day. Chad arrived and did an amazing job getting my furnace up and running. Thanks to them I will have heat this winter and I didn't go broke getting the furnace fixed. I am beyond grateful and appreciative for their time and professionalism. I had a very good experience from the first visit where my issue was looked through to the installation of my tankless water heater and water softener. Travis was very professional and friendly. He answered all my questions and explained everything to me. I don’t remember the other guy’s name that helped with the installation (I’m sorry) but he was also professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Home Hero”s plumbing, Heating and Air.

I think Home Heroes are the best. They are on time and I really appreciate the fact they access the situation then provide you with options on how to take care of your problem. Everyone from the owners, office staff, to the guys in the field are professional, respectful and will work with you to get your job done properly and efficiently. We discovered a gas leak on a Sunday and the gas company confirmed it and shut off the gas. I called Home Heroes on Sunday and they answered and got me on the schedule for Monday. When Kevin and Chad arrived they did an excellent job explaining what happened and giving me options for the repair. It was reasonably priced and by 12:30 on Monday (less then 24 hours) the gas was on and we had hot water. Great company and very easy to work with.

Had a new central air unit installed. Improved our flow and made unit more efficient. Very professional work and tech explained everything he was doing and how everything worked. I've worked in Trade and Crafts most of my life and the work Kevin did was professional grade. The Quality was a work of art. I've raised my family with them knowing that the job isn't done until you clean up mess. It took Kevin and a three ton jack to put my old water softener in his truck. I couldn't be more impressed

Dan came out yesterday and did a consultation and diagnosed the problem right away. I ordered the part under warranty and and he was here today fixing the pilot and valve on our gas water heater. He did quick professional work and everything works as expected. If you want quick, hassle free, and fair priced service this is the way to go! Thanks Dan!
