They were knowledgeable, professional, and highly reasonable. They came to our home, reviewed our setup, and provided us a logical, forthright estimate, and didn't pressure us into unwanted accessories. They were accommodating with our personal needs, and supplied parts we needed for fixtures and sealants.
If you have "old plumbing" issues, a "water hammer", or simply want to upgrade faucets and plumbing trim with your own provided parts, they will do whatever it takes to make your vision come to life.

They installed a heat pump hybrid water heater and a high efficiency water softener, rerouted the whole house water shutoff from the crawl space to the garage and installed two new outdoor faucets all in one day! It was a long day for them but they stuck it out to get me back up and running with water and my geothermal furnace that quickly.
They may not be the cheapest out there but their work and work ethic are outstanding. I will definitely use them again for any future needs. I trust them to do a good job and get it done quickly.
I do want to give an update. I’m still convinced I made a good choice in Home Heroes. They do excellent work and are very good at communicating.
I did, however, have a major leak occur in the garage a couple days after installation. A pipe came loose from the water softener and made a mess.
Home Heroes did take full responsibility for fixing the resulting drywall and outlet issues and had contractors out the same week at their expense after fixing the leak. They even installed fans and a dehumidifier in the crawl space to handle humidity issues that the sump pump couldn’t address.
Mistakes happens from time to time. What the people responsible do to clean the mess up is what really matters.
Home Heroes owned it and took care of it fully. I’m still glad I picked them. I will still pick them again for future needs.
I ended up moving forward with replacing the new unit, as I did not want to invest hundreds of dollars on a part that might not have even fixed the problem for a short time. Justin went to get the unit and any additional supplies and came back in under two hours. He completed the work in a timely fashion, and I enjoyed my conversation with him throughout the process. Katie was also very nice when I spoke with her to set up the appointment. Overall, I had a great experience with them and would definitely recommend them!
My furnace is on the older side, so I asked him about replacement options and costs. He said he could get me some numbers, but I felt absolutely no pressure from him at all. When the time comes to replace my current system, I'll definitely be using Home Heroes.
I have no complaints about the service or quality or anything - the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because of the price. The estimate seemed quite expensive and even the price we negotiated was still pretty high. That being said, I’m not a plumber and have no idea what the going rates are/should be for plumbing projects, so it’s entirely possible that we actually got a great deal.
They both were very professional and courteous and explained what they were going to do and they were timely in completing the work.
