Have been a member of their monthly maintenance plan for a couple of years now. I love that, unlike their competitors, they actually call to remind you that one of your free annual tune-ups is ready, instead of just taking your money and ignoring you the way the "last company I used" did. Fernando and Dalton came out for my annual AC inspection today, found a minor problem, were straightforward in explaining what was happening and what my options were, and let me make the call on how to proceed. An extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and professional group of people to work with.

Travis did a great job installing our new water heater and toilet. He showed up on time, was friendly, and got everything done efficiently. The work looks great, and he made sure everything was working properly before he left. We love Home Heroes. They’re so nice, every single person who works there, and they’re patient and willing to work through finicky custom plumbing stuff, like hooking up an antique corner sink. Ben is super knowledgeable. Ty is also great. Really appreciate how friendly and available Home Heroes is via text. Highly recommend this company. (We want you to start doing geothermal, so we can use you for all of our HVAC stuff too!)

Excellent service from booking an appointment to getting installation done! Was given a 2 hour window for the installers to arrive, got a call in the first minute narrowing it down. Installers arrived on time, got straight to work and got the job done much quicker than I expected. Installers did an outstanding job and even left the work area cleaner than when they arrived. Will highly recommend this company to everybody.

I had a great first-time experience with Home Heroes today. I called thinking they wouldn't be able to come out for at least several days due to the current snowstorm/cold weather, but Katie (who was very friendly and helpful!) was able to find me a same-day appointment. John was on time and did an extremely thorough job troubleshooting my furnace. He had the part I needed with him, and the entire service call with the part plus labor was very reasonably priced.
My furnace is on the older side, so I asked him about replacement options and costs. He said he could get me some numbers, but I felt absolutely no pressure from him at all. When the time comes to replace my current system, I'll definitely be using Home Heroes.

We had a great experience with Home Heroes! The plumber who came out was very knowledgeable and professional and was also willing to look at another issue we were having and get us pricing on it.
I have no complaints about the service or quality or anything - the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because of the price. The estimate seemed quite expensive and even the price we negotiated was still pretty high. That being said, I’m not a plumber and have no idea what the going rates are/should be for plumbing projects, so it’s entirely possible that we actually got a great deal.

I definitely recommend Home Heros. They were very nice and very thorough. I was mostly impressed with them being so conscious about me having 2 cats and they did not leave any doors open leading to the outside for them to get out. They cleaned up after themselves and were so polite. I'm very glad to have found them and used them for some plumbing that needed done. Very reasonable on price. I have now signed up with them for the yearly plan.

As a small business owner in the service industry, I try to do business with only companies that share the same values and provide a high level of customer service. Home Heroes did not disappoint. I called just before they closed and they were in my home by 1030 the next day. They called in the morning to discuss my project and set a time frame. I received a text when the technician was on his way and he arrived right on time. Travis was friendly and professional. He took care of us quick. Great job! I highly recommend!

Once again Home Heros saves the day. Chad arrived and did an amazing job getting my furnace up and running. Thanks to them I will have heat this winter and I didn't go broke getting the furnace fixed. I am beyond grateful and appreciative for their time and professionalism. It is an absolute huge relief and I am blessed by the entire team at Home Heros. Everyone I have interacted with has been so kind and thoughtful and they worked with me. I will be singing their praises and passing out business cards.

I had a very good experience from the first visit where my issue was looked through to the installation of my tankless water heater and water softener. Travis was very professional and friendly. He answered all my questions and explained everything to me. I don’t remember the other guy’s name that helped with the installation (I’m sorry) but he was also professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Home Hero”s plumbing, Heating and Air.

I think Home Heroes are the best. They are on time and I really appreciate the fact they access the situation then provide you with options on how to take care of your problem. Everyone from the owners, office staff, to the guys in the field are professional, respectful and will work with you to get your job done properly and efficiently. I highly recommend you give them a try. I know I will always give them a call when I need them again.

We discovered a gas leak on a Sunday and the gas company confirmed it and shut off the gas. I called Home Heroes on Sunday and they answered and got me on the schedule for Monday. When Kevin and Chad arrived they did an excellent job explaining what happened and giving me options for the repair. It was reasonably priced and by 12:30 on Monday (less then 24 hours) the gas was on and we had hot water. Great company and very easy to work with.

I highly recommend this company! Dan P was professional, friendly and very informative. He took the time to explain things to me in a way that I could understand. He ended up replacing my water heater and installing a water softener. Service was excellent! Great company! Highly recommend!

Had a new central air unit installed. Improved our flow and made unit more efficient. Very professional work and tech explained everything he was doing and how everything worked. He was very thorough and made sure everything was working perfect before leaving. He also shared the best place to purchase furnace filters. They are A+ in my book!

I've worked in Trade and Crafts most of my life and the work Kevin did was professional grade. The Quality was a work of art. I've raised my family with them knowing that the job isn't done until you clean up mess. It took Kevin and a three ton jack to put my old water softener in his truck. I couldn't be more impressed

Dan came out yesterday and did a consultation and diagnosed the problem right away. I ordered the part under warranty and and he was here today fixing the pilot and valve on our gas water heater. He did quick professional work and everything works as expected. If you want quick, hassle free, and fair priced service this is the way to go! Thanks Dan!
