Called these guys and they were pretty booked up and gave me a date about a week out. Had a leak coming from water heater. They said they would put me on their move up list and if someone cancelled they might be able to get me in sooner. Actually got a call back the next day and they found a pipe near water heater, not the water heater itself, that broke and fixed it same day. Was very impressed with the professionalism and speed they completed the work! Thanks for saving the day!

Amazing experiance from the 1st call to set up an appointment, all the way to the completion of the job.
Every single person from start to finish was so friendly, patient and professional. They went above and beyond any expectations. Truly. Even had a guy available to plow the driveway so they could get to the house to do the work needed. Amazing!
Prices were reasonable and the work top notch, fast, and the explanation of what needed to be done, with several options, was fantastic.
I will definitely be using Home Heros for all my home needs in the future as well.
Highly recomend to anyone needing their services.

My package unit furnace stopped working during this winter. Tried calling around and all I kept getting was recordings and no return calls. When I called Home Heroes, I actually talked with a live person who was very pleasant and quick to answer my questions. They scheduled to come out in a few hours the same day. The service tech was here earlier than expected. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and fast to disassemble to diagnose the problem. I was given a verbal concise estimate by the technician. After I verbally approved the repair they emailed the estimate in written form and notified me parts were on order with the expected delivery time. Furnace was up and running with the new parts within 48 hrs. Highly recommend these guys for fair pricing, quality, fast, knowledgeable, reliable service. They will definitely be my go to should I have any other future needs.

Home Heroes did a fabulous job taking care of our sewer issue in our crawl space. They were thoughtful of keeping our home clean while needing to do such work. We ended up having our entire plumbing redone. They got it all done in one day. The guys were polite and answered every question. We will need to complete our sewer work in the spring, but we'll definitely call them back to finish what needs to be finished when it's better weather.

Discovered and used Home Heroes over past few years while keeping our maintenance contract with a closer (and increasingly larger) vendor that had been changing through acquisitions and mergers. What we experienced was great and personalized service that met our needs and expectations and didn’t pressure with every possible upselling opportunity they could. Decided to expand our use of Home Heroes with our HVAC system and was pleased with their response. So much so, we left the other competitor and won’t look back. There is a benefit to personalized service not driven by overselling and making the homeowner feel uncomfortable. They were honest, informed and did the work with both integrity and competence. Glad to recommend and support their model as is a welcome change from others.

Travis and Kyle did a great job! Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. Got the assessment and the complete install done same day (water softener and NaviCirc system). Walked me through everything. Initial call and the service manager call were great also - everyone is very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend anyone needing plumbing and HVAC work done contact Home Heroes.

I had Home Heroes Plumbing/Heating & Air replace all of the plumbing which consisted of all new Pex hot/cold lines, all new updated drains, new water heater, new toilets, outside water lines, relocated water softener filters, and added antifreeze system. They performed all of this work to my Dad's house because we are getting ready to put on the market for sale. The plumbing was sixty years old and not up to code. The technicians were very courteous, professional, and came in and got the job done in the timeline that was given to me. The office staff was also very courteous and easy to deal with. The job turned out great and I am very appreciative of the job they did and I highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work.
